Thea Hoffmann-Axthelm
Scenography
Born in 1986 in Germany to an Italian mother and German father, Thea grew up between Berlin and Venice. She studied scenography at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. After finishing her studies in 2010, she has worked as a stage and costume designer for theatre, dance, concerts and immersive environments in Düsseldorf, Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Athens, Riga, Zurich and Vienna, as well as for the National Opera of Germany in Berlin and the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg. She teaches set design at the Hamburg University for Music and Theatre and writes for the Interior Architecture Magazine PLOT.
