Sarantos Georgios

Born in Greece in 1980 to a Greek father and German mother, Sarantos Georgios was raised in Germany. He studied medicine and later theatre-directing at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna. He has since worked as a director in Germany, Austria and Greece. He has presented his work at inter alia Burgtheater Vienna, Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus, Volkstheater Vienna, Residenztheater Munich, the National Theatre of Greece and Onassis Cultural Centre Athens. He is the founder of Eteria Filon and he lives and works between Athens and Vienna.
